Back by popular demand, our Improving organisation performance through culture workshop provides evidence-based practical tools and frameworks to build high performance through culture.
The workshop focuses on a strong corporate culture of stewardship and professionalism, critical to building high performing organisations with internationally competitive high value-added products and services. With remote working and the stress of economic uncertainty, there has never been a more important time to strengthen your organisation's culture to build a high-performance culture. Frontpage stories about bad corporate behaviour remind us regularly of poor culture being the root cause of governance issues.
Dr David White's investigation into over 300 organisations has established that culture and leadership are vital influences for increasing organisational performance by up to 35%. Therefore, attention to culture is essential.
In this workshop, you will:

Dr David White FGIA, former Program Leader: Leadership Capability, (SA) Dept of Premier & Cabinet, Public Sector Management Division
David has over 30 years’ experience in the public and/or private sectors reporting to chief executives, audit committees, boards, executive teams and others with roles including as a corporate services manager, executive development program manager, internal audit manager, governance adviser and change consultant.
He conducted major research into the governance of high performing organisations for over ten years including facilitating over 100 self- assessment workshops for high performance conducted in Australia, the Middle East and New Zealand with boards, executives, human resource, financial specialists and internal auditors. He has developed principles-based standards for high performance and professional development programs for directorship, leadership and management.
His passion for building high performing organisations is demonstrated by five university qualifications including a PhD in high performing organisations (one of only a few in the world), Master of Business Administration, company directors diploma, an economics degree and diploma in accounting. He has achieved recognised certifications including Governance Fellow, internationally certified internal auditor and certified practicing accountant.
