Company Secretary (Part time)

We require the services of a part time (Melbourne based) Company Secretary to undertake the following duties:

  • take minutes at Board meetings and teleconferences.
  • ensure all company records are maintained correctly; and
  • provide advice to the Board in regard to their ACNC and ASIC requirements.
