    On 20 September 2013, over 7,000 Members of Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA) will vote on a major rebrand that will see CSA renamed, if approved by Members, the Governance Institute of Australia — more accurately reflecting the organisation’s role as the only professional association with a sole focus on the practice of governance in public, private and not-for-profit organisations.
